Our Pricing Model

All of our pricing tiers include a comprehensive feature set and are backed by our Enterprise-grade Relational Network technology. For more technical details of what this platform includes, see the FAQs page. All pricing excludes any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). See pricing in:

Free Tier

For small churches, or for larger churches and organisations who want to try out Planted Church, we have a Free Tier available.

  • Access to the shared Planted Church portal
  • Up to 100 active profiles (capped at 100 profiles)
  • 1Gb of resource storage included (capped at 1Gb, max file upload size 50Mb)
  • Messages to Groups: 1,000 emails per month (by recipient)

Standard Tier

For organizations with over 100 profiles, more resource needs or who require SMS capability, the Standard Tier allows unlimited profiles with a sliding scale of fees.

  • Access to the shared Planted Church portal
  • Low monthly access fee of only R1,000 (due at start of month)
  • Low monthly access fee of only $100 (due at start of month)

  • Option to customise colour palette, branding and logo
  • Monthly access fee of R10,000
  • Monthly access fee of $1,000
  • Unlimited active profiles (same pricing as Standard)
  • 100Gb of resource storage included
    • Maximum file size 500Mb
    • Additional storage available at R100 per 10Gb
    • Additional storage available at $10 per 10Gb
  • Ability to sell tickets, see the ticketing fees
  • Ability to deploy custom logic modules to portal
  • More communication options
    • Ability to send out notification SMS as well as email
    • Ability to use own email and/or SMS providers

SMS Banding

Due to the difference in costs to send an SMS to different countries, Planted Church charges each SMS according to the following four bands. You can buy additional SMS credit bundles as needed. These bands are subject to change, however it is expected that as Planted Church forms agreements with SMS providers, some of these countries may move to a cheaper band.

Ticketing Fees

The ticketing facility is bundled with the Standard and Dedicated plans and has separate fees based on usage.

Booking Fee 5.9% of face value of ticket, minumum R7.50 5.9% of face value of ticket, minimum $0.50
Pay-Out Fee R50.00 (fee waived for first 2 pay-outs of a calendar month) $3.00 (fee waived for first 2 pay-outs of a calendar month)
Refund Fee R5.00 per ticket $0.30 per ticket
